windsor proclaims ESL WEEK

Each year, TESL Ontario acknowledges the efforts of its Affiliates' work within their communities by declaring an ESL Week. In recognition of the work preformed by TESL Ontario members and ESL Instructors, the City of Windsor has proclaimed the week of November 8th to November 14th 2015, as ESL Week in the City of Windsor.
