Hello TESL Windsor members:
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire TESL Windsor community for choosing me to represent you in TESL Ontario. It is an honour to be elected as your next president. I am very humbled that you would place your trust in me. This is a responsibility that I do not take lightly, and I will endeavour to represent you with the utmost hard work and dedication. I also would like to thank the previous president, Christine Stanley, for her leadership, guidance, and commitment. Christine, working with you has been nothing but a pleasure, and I am looking forward to learning from your experience and wisdom. At the same time, I would like to express my appreciation to all present and past executive members, but particularly to new faces: Sarah, Shirley and Connie. Your dedication is truly valued and respected. I would like to invite all of the TESL Windsor members to be involved, to bring awareness to our profession, to speak proudly of our work, and to stay positive and passionate. Bring your concerns and worries, share your ideas of great teaching moments, volunteer to present, write your success stories, blog on our website, express your ideas for future workshops and conferences. We really want hear from you. Our profession deserves undeniable prestige, status and reputation; together we can make the difference. Margaret Holec President TESL Windsor
